CT Filings is a private filing service, not a government agency. This is not a bill.
LLC annual reports are due January 1 – March 31 every year · State fee $80

Your Connecticut annual report, pre-filled and filed for you.

Look up your LLC or corporation. We show you the record the State already has, you confirm it, and we file it with the Secretary of the State. The State’s fee plus $49 per report.

How it works

About two minutes, start to finish.

1

Find your business

Search by name or ALEI. We pull your record from the State’s public registry.

2

Confirm the record

Address, agent, owners — already filled in. Tick what’s right, fix what changed.

3

Name who authorizes it

The State needs a member, manager or officer to sign. Pick from your record or add one.

4

Pay, and we file

State fee + $49 per report ($99 for out-of-state corporations). You get our copy and the State’s confirmation by email.

What it costs

LLC — State fee$80
Corporation — State fee$150
CT Filings service, per report$49
LLC, one year$129

Behind by two years? Each year is a separate report with its own State fee. We show every line before you pay.

Why it matters

A business that doesn’t file receives a Notice of Intent to Dissolve from the State, then is administratively dissolved. Reinstatement costs $120 plus every missed report, and banks, lenders and buyers check the State’s record.

Is this the State?

CT Filings is a private filing service operated by MI TAX LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Connecticut Secretary of the State or any government agency. This is not a bill. You can file your annual report yourself at business.ct.gov and pay only the State's fee.
